What you will learn
When I first put this course together, I really wanted to express, in the shortest time possible, the most impactful information consolidated from my clinical work.
I want you to stop feeling resentful, exhausted, and guilty whilst trying to make everyone happy. I want you to experience the empowerment, freedom and most of all, the lightness that comes with doing this work and reaching a place where you can challenge your people-pleasing tendencies.
We’ve got a clear, structured path ahead of us, with practical exercises and reflective tasks that’ll help you peel back the layers of expectation and pressure. By the end, you’ll have a toolkit at your disposal to express yourself in your daily life. Trust me, overcoming people pleasing is one of the most liberating journeys you can embark on.
